Tell them that you're a frequent user and you understand that you have broken the rules and you are extremely resentful. Say that it would be beneficial to them to give you a last chance as you have a high reputation and you feel that you help with their promotional process as you have had several friends register whom are now frequent users. Or something along the lines of that.
