i would meet in a shopping center and say "okay meet out the front of target" and just walk past and see if they are there and if they are and they look like who you were talking to then go and meet them, if not just walk away and say "sorry, i couldn't go, mum had to do something and i couldn't get there" or some thing

Personally i can't understand Net dating. If your sure shes not an axe murderer or something then yeeh go ahead and meet her. But try and check that out first...
