In america they hold people back classes etc. In my math classes I have people who are like.. 4 years older than me? Its not an odd thing to see.

Didn't they realize he didn't have any previous school records such as report cards because when you change schools all your information is supposedly sent to your new school so they have that information on file for any important reasons. Obv this school wasn't very smart. It has nothing to do with American's. It could've happened in any country but... there must be some really tall kids @ this school if he was shorten than some of the 12 year olds there. Wow.
