I think he was referencing to the fact that the building complex in querstion where the picture come from is where Habbo Hotel London base is and so.. In the 'possbility' one of those people may be habbo staff.. Although to be honest it could just be a staged shot with actors.

I have seen pictures.. Some press cutting of a interview about habbo hotel from america with a member of staff on it... But Who knows could be fake. Ya never know
