Btw, to do the request line to a certain dj, obv you would have the dj thats djing now to be selected, but you would like do this in sql:

On requests (when they send it) have whoto and make it be able to be NULL

And if they select all djs, just make it stay NULL, but if they select a djs name it goes into the db as their username

Then on the request line, you would do:

All shoutouts:

select from whatever where whoto is null and shoutoutype is shoutout (LOL, cba to do a php code)

Your shoutouts:

select from whatever where whoto = $username
