I don't think I would ever have sexual intercourse with someone I don't know; i.e. a random person at a party. However if I did, or if I did it with someone I know but don't know that well then I would most certainly use a condom because STIs are becoming increasingly common and I would not like to run the risk of getting one.
I don't use a condom with my girlfriend as I we are both sure we do not have an STI and she gets the injection so the chances of her getting pregnant are very slim.
