I think it looks a bit like a UAV cypher, with arms. Mabye a prototype of some sort? meh i dunno.

I say its fake, from seeing photos on the internet none of them have been this clear or been this close..Anyone can fake it and say they get "headaches"

Hmm if he keeps seeing it alot why doesn't he video record it? Anyone can fake a photo easily but making a convincing video is alot harder.
