Top one is easy, but you'll probably get more customization with the last one. With the top, it'll probably ask you to give it your FTP details and MySQL login, and it will upload and install itself - although I personally wouldn't give out my password.
If you've done web application installs before, you might as well use the last one.

User and Pass: Same as cpanel
go into cpanel and make a database under mysql databases or something
Or you can make another username and pass and give it full access to the database...
Leave the hostname and table prefix how they are.:8
