If you bought any Trax today, you are getting a Traxpack for free. However, I am unsure if they will replace your old Trax OR give you the new ones aswell as your old ones.

No offence but why should people who havn't experienced Trax difficulties get free ones?

We paid for a good and we never received it. We deserve compensation

I didn't buy any, but every time I went into a room with a Traxmachine in, I got an error message :rolleyes:. Anyway, only those who purchased one are getting the refund.
