Are you trying to say that just because MAD has the ability to ban people - no-one is allowed to criticise or "insult" him like they would any other forum member? Fair enough, if people are being insultive and offensive then an infraction would be appropriate, just like it would be in any other case. However, just cause MAD has the ability to ban people it in no way gives him the right just to ban anyone who trys to insult him.

He knows that anyway and isn't so shallow to do so, so maybe you need to stop being so naive and realise he in no way has any right to ban people simply due to his status.

I don't agree with that. I insulted MAD got permed banned.

No, from my post I'm saying in theory MAD shouldn't have the right to abuse his power and just ban someone who insults him, as everyoen should receive fair treatment despite who they are talking to. However, the fact that he may do so is another question and many users have claimed MAD has done so in his time.

I'm not disputing the fact MAD may have abused his powers and banned people simply for insulting him, but the way that guy was talking is as though he condones it and we arn't allowed to stand up to MAD because he's allowed to ban us or something. Fair enough he may do so - but that doesn't make it right.
