Really, I stay awake until I get tired, about 12:40 on school night and 3:00 on a weekend or free lessonless day.

Dont have a bed time snack or what ever you might call it, because it will make your blood sugar higher and obviously it isnt going to help you sleep is it..
Weird, cuz I find whenever I can't sleep if i have a snack or something i can finally fall asleep

Ive used all your tips... and it still aint helped

Ive been to my GP too, and I have tried everything. From drinking a milky drink to taken sleeping pills. And I still don't sleep. Its now been diagnosed as Insomnia. Any tips for that?

this is really useful and i found it really easy to read in the way it was set out. sometimes i have trouble sleeping and personally i fall asleep really quickly if the tv is on, because i am one of those people who cant get to sleep because they are always looking around - and will open their eyes whenever they hear a noise. so i found that having the tv on did drown out curious noises and also made my eyes tired from watching it.
i would suggest doing this before the others in your household go to sleep otherwise thats not green if you keep the tv on all night, haha.

thats for the tips and i liked the way you veered away from sleeping pills
