Try spending those credits to see if you have the same glitch I do.
I redeemed 3 lots of 50 credits the other day and spent 120 of them today for 6 months of HC, leaving 30 credits left, in theory. My purse still said I had 150. Upon trying to spend those, however, the server recognised the correct amount (me having 30, so I couldn't buy a bar worth 50).
