How on earth can you been respected and run a reliable company if your going to 'steal' or 'rip' other people's work.

Make a new design, don't rip, don't even steal 1% of the design, don't even have ideas from websites.

Then you will be respected.

But I doubt you will from now on.

You should get shut down by your host. Also, if you were serious you wouldn't be on a reseller. Get a dedi or VPS.

You should of posted your webhost in the web hosting section.

One last tip, if you can't even get a design without ripping. You should not be in the Hosting department at all.
