Ummm, ive never seen an instance where thats been the case. Any furni theyve said will never be released, has never been released. I cant think of anything where they said it wouldnt, and it has tbh.
And tbh, theyve given out so many Yellow Fans, its hardly super anyway. Theres like 10 on the hotel? There's less Infobus', Purple + Sky Dragons + Purple ICMs tbh lol

Actually Yellow Fans are one of the rarest supers in numbers, there's 20 Purple ICM's but not many are still around and there are 870 Red Laser gates.

It might rise now if people decide to buy them for more.

I think the Yellow Fan could turn into a Gold Pillow, what happened with them was there were only a few but they stayed at 1T for a few months, then they started jumping up in price, 2T - 4T - 10T, I believe the highest they ever were on Habbox was around 14T then they got released.

Theres been a few occasions so i will get my head in gear and remember some but the latest one was the decks we were told they would never be released.

As far as I know, DISCO Signs were never confirmed not to be released, neither were Bear Rugs, technically coloured Bear Rugs weren't even real furni until Sulake released them.

Also I think it was pretty plain that Petals would reappear again, the whole point of a Petal is to make a floor and make a nice room, if Sulake never released them again then they would be pretty pointless as there would hardly be any left in circulation, it's like the Moon Rugs, they will be out again in the near future, I assure you.
