    Yeah that's that they told me too, they said that it shouldn't hurt more than my cartilage piercings (I had my hair up)

    I wonder why it's always said to be really painful then...


    oh, and do you actually get used to eating?

    like, when you've had it for a while, and you eat... do you still know it's there?
    at the moment, I keep on biting down on it (it didn't swell much, so the bar is reallly long) and idk, it's just awkward lol.

    You said your ears hurt when you got them done right? My ears didn't hurt when I had them done. Some people have told me their ears hurt when they had them peirced, some said the toung hurt or belly when that had it done, others say it didn't hurt. I think it depends on the person, someone might be more sensative in certain places on the body than others.

    well i was 6 when I had them done, so my pain tolerence obviously wasn't as high as it is now..


    and yes... it does change from person to person.

    Its the same with a lip bar, when i had mine done the bar was massive and i kept on well biting it though now i've got a small one i cant even feel it in my mouth and you just eat and forget about it.
