This also may be because you screw people around such as my self. Put in a job application, got accepted, waiting for a reply, replied here and all I got was a "what".

Looks like a design like sharpenews or their radio site. Dont like it, its an imrpovement from the other one.When i looked at that old layout the chat system sucked, nice to know it got removed of the home page
