no it wouldn't, you could just go on any free online image conversion site (iaza.com etc) and click convert to png.

Please there are a bunch of you posting really stupid things in this thread.
The threadstarter has saved the image as Jpeg (in paint), after it previously most likely being a png and caused a lot of blur and quality loss in the image. This is UNREPAIRABLE quality loss from the jpeg file format and only the most talented pixel artists would find the time to do it to their own works. I've unfortunately known siz for a while but he is not talented enough, nor sad enough to completely repair someone else's jpeg and attempt to frame them for theft.

To conclude, the evidence should assure you that the image Siz posted is the original, which has been edited by the threadstarter and then saved as a jpeg causing quality loss.

The resaving here is really the smoking gun of the 'case'.

Since I proved that the one siz provided is the original and yours is the copy a website isnt necessary, unless you wnat me to make one now... lol at your rep though, I was very sure, heck I am certain, so I'll get it removed. Actually hmm, you only took away like none or half of a rep point so its not a big drama.

is because i saved it in 24 bitmap
And Siz then copied it and Converted in to png quality.
He is capable of doing that.

You saved yours as jpeg, siz isn't capable of undoing that. Nice explanation.. Not.
Non of us, including Siz, have had access to a 24bitmap of the alteration, only a jpeg. Just give up.
