Not many people have had the opportunity to return as admin but even though I did leave did'nt change the way I thought about HXF and have and always will want the place to keep improving.

Jrh was offered it as a result of all he's done for Habbox. People are allowed to "return" in extraordinary cases. He is probably the most extraordinary case, being the original owner of HabboxForum
Additionally, for those of you complaining about the SMods moving up to Admins and stealing a SMod spot, he isn't stealing any available slot, and there will still be a Super Mod moving up. He's just someone else to help out, and also partially as recognition for all he's done (sort of like how Freak is an AGM even though he hasn't logged on in ages - though J will probably actually *do* stuff as an admin)
