What's the best way to file a lawsuit againist a theft? first of all why get involved with theft at all use provention methods

you will find if you use all of them they will never be able to reach it in the first place

when needing to file a lawsuit againist a content theif

use network-tools.com's Express and search their domain WITHOUT www. or http://
it will list the register and the hosting

some will have Registar Guards that protect the users information but they can be preswaded withproof

best way though is too get the site's hosting down by looking under the search and finding the report abuse phone nubmer that 9/10 hosts have

you say but what if i dont have proof? well theres a service not many have heard of called myfreecopyright.com that u upload ur data and it dates it before your nerdy theifs steal it!
and they have a full legal team in a court you can mention that a mailed copyright can be faked! and you can ask your defendant to indicate proof of the postmarked date via a
postmarked recipt if they cannot find it and u have brought it up they have no defense

but lets give one tip:dont pay legal fees and stuff to sue over one more script just get their hosting suspended or banned its not worth it and wont hold up in court unless they have took something of Cash(euros included) Value
