When you're IP banned on Habbo, Proxies don't bypass that. Anyway, he is trying to find Proxies for him to go on blocked sites at College, which isn't breaking the Habbo way.

I still don't think you can get on Habbo with a proxy, I think I tried it before like years ago.
Even if that was true, he isn't using it for that, and this isn't against the forum rules as I'm pretty sure somewhere there is a thread stickied full of Proxies.

There is a program you can download that changes your ip and works like a proxy but all you do is turn it on and then you just go on the internet like normal.
