Specific hotel only badges normally have the hotel shortening at the start then a number e.g. UK4 or NL8 but the badges that don't are normally for more then one hotel. What I'm saying is these could be used for the UK as the code looks like an international badge.

HelKat didn’t visit every room, she only visited those peoples rooms who were full or the people who shouted “come my room next” “HelKat for HM” etc.. coff e5…
I was told she visited a few today but I doubt she visited all the ones she didn’t last night.
