What are trainers? Never heard of em (I'm American). I have plenty of Vans and Converse though and they are comfortable but those are my "Just going to the store" or "around the house" shoes. I don't wear them very much but they are still cool none the less What do trainers look like though?

well im in air cadets and i have these AMAZING looking boots but they always rape my heel. so yeh it works with men aswell.
