Just out of interest what is it that the "customer" in general wants doing that the management are ignoring or have not justified their reasons for the idea not being worth while. I can't see any ideas that have not be answered or listen to by the management, if there is any I'd like you to point them out because in some respects I'm finding it hard to see where people are being ignored. In terms of the reputation issue management have listen, responded and changed the system to a more suitable setting and I don't see where they are not listening in all honestly. I would like to see things that are not being listened too or management has not replied too. People who post maturely and with constructive complains are always listened too. Those who are rude or break forum rules as a way to "rebel" or "state their opinions" will simply be punished.

This stories seems to have changed. Someone said that the rep system was discussed between GM and AGMs. There was no mention of members :S Unless you mean the posts in report rep thread, which aren't actually complaining about the system, just the rep they got.

You were talking about listening to members opinions. The opinions on the reputation system were of those who felt cheated by it and felt like others were gaining unfairly and those who reputation removed etc. The decision was made between the management and there has been no alternative suggested other than to remove reputation entirely or put it back to the old system which are two things that really will not work and cannot be done. All feedback is listened to and considered with management replying stating their feelings on matters. If there is any suggestions that has not been listened too or considered as I've said I'd like to see them. You can't expect everything that is suggested to happen however I can assure you that any suggestions/feedback that is posted in a mature way is taken seriously and considered by management.

So only a minority cared? Because a majority weren't really that fussed... Also, you need to make sure people know it has been taken into account, because no one really knows what has been taken into account other than the rules getting changed.

I am sure ---MAD--- is the best General Manager that we could hope for, and I feel very lucky with him. I think there will be some changes on the forum in the coming weeks. We have always been very tolerant to letting people post their complaints and opinions on how the forum is run, but we feel now we have let it go to far. Compared with other forums we are allowing much more, on a lot of forums people who complain about the admins get banned right away.
We will probably be quicker with giving users a permanent ban who we feel have a negative attitude all the time, and only use this forum to complain, start arguments or advertise other forums, in other words are just looking for trouble all the time.

There's a difference between replying to a thread and taking ideas into consideration. The only link is when you say you've said you've taken the thoughts and will talk about them in the next meeting or whatever you do now Joshuar has attmpeted making comments, but he has limited power because MAD has it all.

All of this talk about "mad should be fired" and "mad doesnt do a good job" etc.. It is said about every staff who is at a high up position, it is like the prime minister. Some people love him some people hate him and want him out. Your not all going to like MAD and some of you may hate him all the way through his GM position. Its not rare for that to happen.
If you have a problem with MAD then speak to Sierk or an AGM. And if you have a problem with a AGM go to MAD or Sierk. Etc. Not **** that member out on 100 posts until you wind yourself up so much you end up getting banned.

And all of this "Habbox bans you for your opinion" what a pile of rubbish, as Habbox has always said from the start, they will not ban you for giving your opinion, they will ban you when you start getting abusive and being rude towards staff.
If you expect to be listened to then make a mature thread with no swearing and stay calm and get to your point.
I always find PM'ing the high up staff gets things done quicker and your point listend to.

With the rep thing - It is not going to END Habbox, some of you who have been here for ages such as mentor and gommeinc will remember bigger chaos than this.

Some of you are rude to staff but soon as staff give you a little bit of rudeness back and give you what your giving them you go and cry.

I have been on here more recently as I have been ill so not in work or out, so I have noticed some of the problems.
I could make a list of problems I have noticed, little things that could be changed to make it more like it used to be like a community.
I have told Sierk and Mad what I think is wrong, some of you need to learn how to take a mature approach at things.

Well ideas are taking into consideration by the management when posted however it not up to me how this is expressed but I'm quite sure they are taken into consideration as we often see changes that have been influenced by feedback from members. However I don't think that it is necessary that every thread posted in here has a member of the management say "this has been taken into consideration". The whole point of this forum is feedback therefore anything posted here that is mature will definitely be looked into and considered.

He's yet to actually further comment upon anyone else's posts or views which clearly damn his and mads decisions.

I think this posts has some very good points, exactly what I also think.

And to be clear, we will never ban people because they make a sensible complaint about something, and for the rest use the forum normally. Only the members that are continuously looking for trouble and only use this forum to complain or be rude to management will be banned faster.
