
Well in your terms of race, people in Pakistan could be any race? People from Pakistan as a group would be called Pakistanis. Just like a group of people from Britain are British, people from Ireland are Irish etc
Going by that logic you're saying it's perfectly alright to go to Pakistan and call everyone there a P---Yes, all those terms are racist. However because people are so narrow minded, if the general population of a country is white, then you can call them whatever you want. However if they are black then it's "You're different from us, so we'll protect you". Kinda thing. So if people call me a Scot, then I should be allowed to call someone from Pakistan the P word.
The difference is the way in which it's used. I often say the P word without meaning any offence, just as a shortened term, but I know a lot of people who would take offence so I'm careful about the company I'm in if I say it.
