As a 15 year old boy I'm probably only clued up enough in politics to say:

I like the queen. She's on the coins.

I see what your saying, but we do have a very corrupt government that abuses the monarchy with all this 'Cash for honours' and all this uncounted donations for Brown's deputy leader.

Sadly the Lord's and the Monarchy don't have enough power any more, the Queen has to agree to the law's, she doesn't have a choice in reality, though in theory she does, the Lords can reject calls for new law's and occasionally do, but sadly if they do it too often, parliament will get sick of them and will put a stop to them.

On another note of corruptness, I believe it's wrong MPs select their own pay, couldn't the Lords do it for them?

This brings a striking point to what I was doing in English today!

The USA political way, is much more discisplined, and not so much full of idle threats, like our court of law!

Also, crimes such as Animal abuse, is just as bad as human abuse, we could say? Over here, they don't have the right funding, or policing ability.

A President and a reform in Politics, would turn Britain into a much better place! Yob behaviour would be decreased as our police would be much more agressive to the violent ways of yobs.

Would we need a complete political reform just for that though? I think law should definitely be made tighter though. I find it hypocritical how the government preaches political correctness and no discrimination while they use discrimination when trying "young offenders" in the courts.

If there was a reform we would be copying america, in america the president has too much power and can therefore do anything weather it be illigal or not (an example is iraq). Over here if the PM wanted to do what Bush did he would have to take it through the government.

Also the media in america and totaly minipulated, the government own every TV chanel radio station magazine and newspaper and get the final say on what gets printed. If the American government doesnt its people to know something they tell the media producers they cant do a story on it and the people will never find out.

Id hate this country to become even more like America as it is very corrupt although it tries to hide it, the people with the power over there are the ones that spend millions of $ and get thousands killed in a war that is technicly illegal (according to world war rules).

If anyone hasnt seen this, search loose change on youtube. You will soon change your mind about American government
