Why are people always moaning about things lol?

Well there are two reasons with this:

1. Something to moan about.
2. They've created a catagory which wasn't put forward to be discussed or thought about even, it's not open nor popular...

The Runescape users don't want to have their own category. The reason is then they have to scroll down on the homepage to view all the different RS forums, while now they have one page with all the RS subforums and nothing else.
Since ClubTropica is new it is a good idea to give it some exposure on the homepage of the forum, maybe it will helping getting a lot of users for this category, just like we have for RS (assuming that CT will become a very popular game as well).

Note also www.clubtropicaforum.co.uk and www.clubtropicaforum.eu (as I know how much jrh and jack love .eu )

That is seriously pointless... Why don;t you buy a new vBulletin board and host it somewhere else rather than waste a domain and a catagory? HabboxForum isn't ClubTropica Forum. Why are you advertising it so much when a very small group are the only ones who care? Don't give us this Just-One helps run it crap, because no-one cares about him, he is dead and buried as far as we are concerned. It needs a forum, not a catagory.

Also, using this 'ClubTropica is new... give it exposure' rubbish, we can say 'We want a Nintendo Wii forum,' 'an Apple MacBookPro forum,' 'a Ford Focus 2008 model forum' and so on. So again, that's not a good excuse. The majority want it to have its own forum, not a catagory, so I don't see why you don't listen, because clearly it isn't wanted by the majority. Heck, it's so unpopular down there you're looking slightly mad and crazy for keeping it.

I never mentioned Just-One so don't suggest I did.
If there was something else new that we thought could become popular we would also try that, that is no excuse but the reason.
