I get told I'm rich all the time and it's kind of annoying when I have friends like Papermoon, 21stcenturyfox before she left and donated all and Elkaa before he also left.
I still say that unless a really rich friend leaves and donates everything, those big guys with hundreds of supers must have hit eBay at some time in their lives :rolleyes:.
All I can say about my "wealth" all 20T or there abouts (alright it's a lot to some but it's nothing really), is that I have had my fair share of luck in competitions. I do enter LOTS of them on Habbo and on fansites.
Most recently of course was HabboHarmony and their Challenge. I also used to enter Redtiz's safety mission competition (back when she ran the eXpers and they were actually good). I won that a couple of times (1st place was always a Small Gold Trophy) and I got runner-up a few times which got me some HC rares.
Other than that, I've never won anything big and the biggest bets I ever did were Thrones (I think I've betted 3 in my life) - I won each time and was scammed each time. So betting isn't really my answer (although taking bets in a top-notch casino can be useful).
Just keep a watch on the official fansites (especially these "gold tier ones") as they all hand out nice big prizes on a regular basis.
