Why? Photoshop just makes life easier for everyone (layers, color palettes, pen tool, etc.) does it not?

I make all my layouts [including Habbo ones] in Photoshop..

Making regular layouts in PS is fine, making Habbo layouts in PS isn't right.

Habbo layouts should be drawn pixel by pixel, not by using effects like in this tutorial.

If you were to use the pencil tool instead of effects then that is fine.
