This is true, but this is because England is impatient.
We want results straight away. We think because we have the premiership, our international players can adjust to playing with other premiership players at the drop of a hat.
If we give players time to develop into a role, they will get goals. If you just include 1 player every 4 matches (random example) they will not enjoy adapting to it every time.

i understand what you saying but england don't have those other players, and if they did they wudnt be too good.
