    call me old fashioned, but surely when you get cheap internet it means you are getting a discout?
    +we do that so many times, mainly when they introduce free stuff for new customers on the package we're on. we tell them we're thinking of leaving and then they give us free stuff, like a wireless router

    I'm supposed to be guaranteed a 5.5mbps line (My area only supports that speed) and I only get 2mbps.

    It appears my laptops' wireless has broke so that may have some kind of effect on the speed because i am now on antoher pc (same place etc) and this is the speed:
