you should talk to your other half about what their views are. it will make you less uneasy.

your being bullied
your depressed
you have a top and bottom permanent brace for 2 years (then a retainer for life)
you got rejected by your gf to hold her hand
you wear glasses
your bordelrine anorexic
you have no friends
you dont have any potential friends
i dont like anything anyone else likes
im thick
i speak like some stuck up idiot (posh and articulate and all)

so yes optimism is quite hard through all that
