Council members are voted in by the forum members so if he/she gets cautioned I guess the person is simply letting down those that voted for him/her.

Yeah I'm not exactly proud of the caution lol, although I do feel somewhat cheated as the reasons for 2 warnings and an infraction aren't entirely proper in my view, but I'll have to wait until the caution runs out to appeal against them I suppose.

Also I can't currently see the Council Chambers, probably due to the caution but still if it's something that's possible to rectify it would be useful for me to be able to access them.
