What am I argueing over? I said that i think a performanced based pay system would be better :S I never created pay for staff :S I suggest you stop using drugs and if your not then you should consider starting.

It really is getting boring seeing you using the feedback forum more than the actual forum itself.

Obviously you were never around when i was forum owner or else you would know everything was discussed and although I owned Sierk was given the final decision unless I was dead against something and then we would compromise. HxF was of course put here for Habbox and Sierk was the owner so it was the right thing to do.

I think paying managers and above is far more negative that positive.
People who take payment are here for the wrong reasons and I believe when a person is ready to leave Habbox they stay on to long just to keep picking up the few pounds per month and do less work so the department suffers. Maybe a bonus system would be better depending on department performance. I think that most department managers should be seen on habbo alot should be paid in habbo furni or habbo creds to keep the interested in habbo.

Dont worry people they dont get alot and less than a paper round if they only have one job but the more positions held of manager and above the more you get.

I never expected a penny and when offered I refused but would love to know the people who are meant to be voluntary to do a job they love are really here just for the few pounds a month and if it was stopped how many would abandon ship.

I actually fully agree with that. People stay on for the few extra pounds while the department could suffer. AGREEED
