i know what you mean, i rang about 1 year ago to speak about a ban, when an irish man picked up and was incredibly rude!! i believe it was colmc as he logged onto his account whilst i was speaking to him, he basically said, " Mod's are payed to do there job and there job includes banning people and i cant overwrite that decision!" what a rude man he was! :eusa_wall

Why bother pranking player support? You're just taking there time away from everyone else who actually needs help. Most people moan that player support don't help.....is it any wonder if they're wasting there time dealing with prank calls!!?!!....*sigh*
