    Well, you could TM the name of the feature, but the feature itself would have to be protected under copyright, and yes other people can copy. However they get away with it as its changed ever so slightly. As stated in my last post, I'm not arguing no more over this as your likely not going to back down and I'm tired.

    Yes you can copyright something but that just prevents them using whatever you made. They can easily make an identical system by themselves and it's perfectly legal. You can't no own a feature online as it's just not possible.

    You can't copyright any actual feature. You can copy itself, but somebody could make a version doing the same thing.

    You can.. it is called a patent.

    You can patent a method/and or an idea, and the same product can't be made by another company using the same method of completion.

    True, but it's quite hard to patent many online features, as their so generic and used on every site of their kind. Mostly.

    Actually Caleb, you can't patent things online That's why I always want to try and keep my sites under wraps while in development.
