I'm hoping this isn't true. If it is, the Data Protection Act has been broken:

Data must not be disclosed to other parties without the consent of the individual whom it is about, unless there is legislation or other overriding legitimate reason to share the information (for example, the prevention or detection of crime). It is an offence for Other Parties to obtain this personal data without authorisation.

if it is fake then why did elkaa remove the original thread instead of defending himself, he said it was because his email is in the image - he could have simply removed the image...

he also hasn't commented on the subject even after posting in here.

sure it could be fake but his actions after it has been posted makes it suspicious.

As far as I know all admin can see deleted threads so if he has been naughty he won't get away with it.

I've commented on it more than once, firstly to the people appropriate, before saying anything about it in this thread. Furthermore, the thread hasn't been deleted, but moved into an Admin only section.

Lets take a step back. Look at the "screenshot".

+ Where in there is any personal information given out?
+ Where in there is there any evidence that access to the AdminCP has been abused
+ Where in there is any evidence that it was written by myself

Jumping to conclusions can result in things being missed, or overlooked. This isn't the first time that a screenshot of somebody saying something has been posted on the forum, far from. The result each time is that it gets checked againest logs in the AdminCP, and ModCP to see if anything is related.

Looking at the screenshot, the only thing that even relates it to me is my Hotmail email address, which is only given out to Moderators and Admins.

I'll ask you now, think before you write stuff in this thread. Forum rules still apply, regardless of what you believe to be true.

One thing that does happen is you offering to sell peoples information, at a personal gain to yourself.

if that isn't abusing your power, I don't know what is.
