i used to think he was alive, i was determand he was alive up untill 2007, but now im not sure. the video jesus posted does look alot like him, although alot more skinny, but it is possible he has lost weight, also he has the exact same smile as tupac. time will tell anyway if he is or not.
i would LOVE it if he came back!

everything has died down now, no more gangsta rap or anything like that so i doubt he would and i think he'd be heavily guarded aswell.

anyone who's watched tupac's moms tv plea where she cried and asked people to stop chasing these conspiracy theories and to let her son rest knows that it's all a big hoax; held together by some striking coincidences. 2pac was getting very philisophical towards the end of his life, particularly towards makavelian theory (that to fool ones enemies you should fake your own death, basically). because 2pac's art had followed these routes and left these trails, when someone did kill him it made everything that wasn't actually connected appear that way.

if the police were hiding 2pac, then why wasn't biggie afforded the same luxury? he died in a similar way just a year later; and if 2pac was hidden because people wanted his life, then his arch rival who was in the same position would surely have been so too...
