What is the difference between an Admin or a SMod? They seem to be the same, except I'm guessing one has access to the Admin CP? What can Admins do that SMods can't when it comes to the Admin CP? I think most things don't even need to use the Admin CP when it comes to members, unless vBulletin is behind again

SMODs have like 4 useful tools, Admins have like 50. (If they get full access)
