tbh i think you should add the pool pottom to the bottom of the room i know it isnt habboish but it looks like it flat and a piece of art but thats just me

great effect on the pools (underwater modeling etc) but the 'border' of the pool seems too thin in comparison to the rest of the alt (I know it's possible but imo it would look better being thicker)

A few things you need to do now is add shadows under things like chairs, people, diving board.
where the changing rooms part is you need to make the door look more 3D insted of 2D
