If you're sending them emails then I'd use bold capital letters so that your shift key abuse stands out less.

Dunno how your chances stand. It's probably more a case of who you get because it was kind of the sort of thing you can see them taking seriously. I recently got permed till 2020 and l 0rca was really nice and tryed to explain what I had done wrong and he was really nice and I respected him, so I replyed to the email and go this guy called seun who told me exactly what 0rca said and I was really actually quite annoyed as 0rca had been really proffesional but this seun was actually quite sarcastic and blunt, 0rca's really probably the best guy at getting unbanned, just persevere and don't stop trying, good luck
