People still have it here. You can get it imported from American Soda's the site that Misawa posted. Just not allowed to sell it. I wouldn't think the police would be too bothered anyway. Theirs Cocaine, Heroine, Crack being dealt around the streets am sure the last thing they would be probably worried about is a drink. Idiots probably wouldn't even know it was banned.
