Farming primals is good, just tie it in to your outland dailies.

I myself farm primal airs when i do the nagrand daily, gets me a tidy sum o gold.

No wai! But herb + alch are really good imo. Can sell the herbs for high, or use it to make pots which proc (so mats for 1 pot, makes 2. Thats an extra 10g right there roughly, depending on the prices).
