There is a reason we implement this lovely little thing called a trial. The reason is, quite simply, that we use these trials to evaluate the quality and capability of the staff, whatever they are on trial for. If indeed one of the coders is incapable, then this will be sussed out during the trial. I saw all three of the applications and they were fairly good, they were the best of the applications we got so thats what we used.

We are also not stupid. These coders do not have root access to Habbox or anything, they're not even coding the site itself. They are creating standalone scripts to be used for tools on the Habbox site, like sig gens and habbo imagers. These are tested on an independent site owned by Site Management and then the code is checked through by our resident PHP expert, AKA the Supreme Overlord of BunnyTek Industries.

Also, such attacks on staff are entirely unecessary, if you have issue with staff choices you can contact myself, the manager who hired them, Bomb-Head the staff editor, or post a thread in complaints about Habbox Staff.
