I think we've established that it's Doug Richards, Dragons den judge, Louise Drabwell, Rare communications manager, The winner of the competition, ukchaseral, helkat.

Rare partnered with Habbo, the largest teen virtual world, to run a competition to find a young teen website designer. Habbos were invited to submit designs for the new Rare Communications website, the designs were then rated and short listed by the Habbo community and the final three went on to pitch their designs to a panel of judges including Doug Richards, former Dragon’s Den judge and Louise Drabwell, Rare Communications Managing Director.
