UK Meat isn't often farmed in the UK, it's often farmed in Eastern Europe and slaughtered in the UK, till recently that's how the oh so great Bernard Matthew operated.

Well some chicken nuggets have loads of spare pieces of meat in them, but I don't know if that applies to McDonalds. McDonalds also clear HUGE areas of the amazon rainforest to rear cows.

Not really, McDonalds are just a growing business that need constant supplies of meat (Mainly beef). McDonalds don't at all rear their meat, they just buy it. We can't blame McDonalds for wanting to get bigger and fit the consumers needs. It's not Maccie D's fault the Brazilian government is incapable of policing the Amazon Rain Forest, if they sorted themselves out they could become very wealthy and could then say NO to cowboys wanting to cut down the forest for farm land.
