Microsoft seem to have only put the features that are fully working into build 8601 so it should be quite stable. There are other features in the build that are there but are not stable so they haven't been added yet, for example you can set an rss feed of images as your desktop background, so every time the rss feed updates you get a new background

Yeah some bits aren't so polished. But it's working fine, no BSODs or significant errors.
