Should we replace the Space Skin with a Non Habbo Light Skin

When is the christmas skin coming out? I want to get ready for the festive season :B

Don't replace space skin, replace that god awful new blue skin. What disgusting colours, it looks way too bland.

It's only used so much BECAUSE its default.

Not really? Lots of management/old members use it and they most definately know how to switch skins but just prefer it.

I really dislike the site skin one It's far too grey and looks unfinished. The bit which says "Today 10:30" for example should be a pale orange to match the bit that says "Thread tools" etc. All the posts seem to be merged together, rather than seperated, which is why the grey just doesn't seem to work for me. The content of the posts doesn't even look right, it merges too much with the users name, rank, rep power, posts etc.

Not sure yet but it isn't even December yet!!! We are looking into refurbeshing the blue one too make it more better. It should be staying as one of the modern skins though

The space skin may not be that popular but it does have some loyal users. Myself, Professor-Alex and Yonder454 are avid users, I just thinks its a shame to remove a skin - Especially after it's been around for so long. Maybe it's not as popular but I'm sure you lot would hate it if you're favourite skin was removed. I don't agree with removing skins, not old ones anyway and I really don't want this one to be removed.

Because I think the default one should match the site, not be totally hideously blue and orange.

There is no reason to get rid of the classic skin if you dont like it don't use it, but please don't suggest an unnecessary change for those of us who do like it! I also think most members know how to change skins, it's not rocket science.

I don't have an opinion on any of the other skins, which is why I abstained, so please leave the classic skin as it is

That's the problem, the site skin is basic while the forum skin isn't. I've designed forum skins before, and know that site and forum skins should be similar, but not based on exactly the same look. The site skin doesn't have additional sections like time, date, profiles etc. Keeping it grey really does look unfinished... Surely a very pale orange, which isn't the same tone as the main images would be better? The grey looks gastly!

The thread page view definitely needs something to divide each little bit into sections. Maybe changing the pale grey/white to a darker colour would work? I guess whoever designs the skins has got bad colours to work with.

The same could be said for any skin. Whether one member uses it or one thousand, they should be left as they are because they may not like any other skin (I know I don't). It may seem like a small, insignificant thing but I myself wouldn't enjoy this forum as much if I had to look at a skin that I didn't find the least bit aesthetically pleasing - It's not fair.

The space skin is also the most functional because, as far as I know, it is the only skin where the background changes colour for posts that need to be approved. I know what I say won't make a blind bit of difference but that's a point to consider.

Why must you replace any skin, why not just add a new one? Or replace the pink one, surly it cannot be very popular.

The pink one is used alot + I lvoe the pink one - it's got great images + everything - I just don't use it

I agree about setting site skin to default as it is supposed to represent the site.
But definately don't remove classic. As it's classic, Loads of people use it because they are used to it and prefer it .

Yes and I am sypathetic, but suggesting the removal of the classic skin, it just wouldn't be Habbox anymore. The only thing that might be worth considering, and a fairer way, is which skin is used the least, and then seeing who objects to it being removed, that's only if one definetely has to go.
