Yea, I guess thats why I'm not really interested, I don't put weight on.

To me, exercising is a chore

You sure do need dedication. Running on the treadmill without music now is tough and when you lift heavyweight and want to put it down but you do another rep, thats dedication.

Perhaps this post is jealousy because you're a typical american who vists mcdonalds daily and has been deemed clinically obese?

Exercising to must is a chore, thats fine. Sometimes when I get up I think to myself "oh darn, I have weights today:@". Anybody going to have the courage to post any pictures?

I used to do weights, i was like 65 kilos and 5 foot 6, but i joined boxing and i've been growning and i'm 5 foot 9 and i'm 54 kilos, tyring to get to 50 kilos, i know it's not healthy but i don't look skinny for a 5 foot 9 i want to look tall not slightley stocky (the good stock like bodybuilders). Do you grow alot when you do weights cause my brother was 22 and he joined the army, lots of physical exercise and weights ect and he put on like 2 stone and he was 5 foot 9 know hes 6 foot 1 ??

If you do weights then you will gain mass, since muscle weighs more than fat. I'm not sure if doing weights can actually make you taller, that's just part of growing up.

Too much weight exercise can stunt your growth is all I've heard.

Hmm, seen as it says bodybuilding I suppose it's any really lol.
I lost like 1-2stone by doing 200 sit ups a night for a good while, I think it pays if you want it. But I suppose I've prob' a stone back on, so I'll start again.
