London MCM Expo May 2009

Well, it's tomorrow and I'm really ill with the flu. Not going to enjoy it half as much now. -_- Might stay 'til sunday instead of monday as well since I might not survive the weekend! Anyway, I'm off to Leicester Square in a bit to buy myself a ton of manga. Farewell!

Just got back about half an hour ago. We decided not to stay 'til monday because there wasn't much point since the expo ends on sunday. Anyway, this weekend was without a doubt one of the best weekends of my life, even though I was pretty ill on friday and felt sick this morning. Friday we scanned London for all the manga shops, saturday was amazing and we spent the duration of the day at the expo and sunday was also fantastic and again, we spent the duration of the day in the excel centre. We even stayed until after it closed since we were able to get tickets to the cosplay contest this time. There were soooooo many cosplayers and a lot of the cosplay was ******* awesome, but we had camera problems this year and couldn't take any pictures. That pisses me off because all of my wonderful memories of the cosplayers will eventually fade. Over friday, saturday and sunday I spent about £400, which is loads more than I spent the previous year, haha. To my disappointment Leslie Nielsen didn't show up but Craig ******* Charles was there instead! So I didn't even care. Way too much happened for me to even specify one point. Every second was briliant and already I'm despressed that I have to wait another five months until the next expo. How the hell did I wait a year until this one? It was amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Why is it over so soon!? I had the time of my life and now nothing else even matters. Forget my above comment about not going to enjoy it half as much. I enjoyed it so much there isn't even a word to explain it. Now to try and find myself on YouTube!

I might go to next years expo or october, dunno.

I'm going in October but I don't think I'll have much money so I'll just be taking pictures of the cosplayers and talking to the super awesome staff of ADV. :8

I went to MCM, fantastic 2 days it was. Wanna go in October but I dunno if funds will let me.

one day ill cosplay.. Zoro or sogeking. ^.^

One day I'll also cosplay... I'd be perfect as Katsura or Hakuoro.

Coming all the way from Scotland to go to the Expo though... thats one long journey.
