Go to http://portforward.com and look for your router.

My router is on there but it doesn't make sense, it goes on about the firewall and things???

You need to open the ports on your firewall and forward the ports - the latter changes your internal IP into your external one which people outside you network can connect to.

Something like that.

In your router, forward port 80 to your server's internal IP address.
